In addition to the standard Safety Services we are able to provide support and advice via e mail and phone support to provide you with support at a reduced price. This service has its limits but can be a simple means of achieving your needs and requirements where the risks are not major and not too complex.

 

Equally these services can be blended with more traditional approaches to provide an overall service.

 

Health and Safety Policy:

 

This is unlikely to be suitable for major companies or those with complex and/or high risk activities - however for simple offices, small manufacturing/warehousing operations and smaller companies we can provide a safety policy that is still specific to your operation.

 

We still avoid overally generic one size fits all operations but by means of a simple questionairre we gather basic information about your operation and then structure a realistic safety policy for you.

 

Risk Assessments and Safety Inspections:

 

We offer a remote service where by means of either phone or e mail we gather in information about your basic operations; these arre then used to generate risk assessment questionairres. These templates set out the expected controls for such operations in the form of a check list. That checklist once completed allows an accurate assessment to be generated and identifies areas where you may need to take steps to meet both law and best practice standards.

 

This also means you can easily update your assessments as time goes by and also provides a safety inspection checklist for you to use to monitor your ongoing safety performance.

 

Phone and E Mail Support:

 

For a fixed fee we provide any client with ongoing phone and/or e mail support - this allows you access to a competent person 365 days a year and allows a rapid response to any of your queries.
