FAQ
A: That depends. Our fees vary depending on the total size of the job and how interesting it is. When making your choice however don't make a decision based purely on day rate or even the total bill - measure what you get for the money. You can buy a safety policy on line for £100 or less - written by a blind folded monkey and of no use - but they're cheap.
We aren't the cheapest based on day rate - however we are competive when measured over the job and aim to provide value.
Oddly enough this isn't as important as it may seem. We have a wide experience of a range of business - but more importantly we learn quickly, take the time to understand any client and bring a vast range of knowledge to bear. So past expereince in a sector although it can be an advantage shouldn't be the deal breaker.
Q:Do we need a Safety Consultant?
That's a question you are best placed to answer. Its not despite what some claim essential to have a safety consultant or in house safety proffesional; it really depends on the size and complexity of your business plus how much time you have to spare to manage safety.
Many simple small business should be able to manage safety for themselves - however you may have limited time or just want a quick check by an "expert". Equally you may be comfortable managing safety on a day to day basis but occasionally require advice or a little support to manage specific problems.
We aim to provide you with not only good advice but make sure we provide a service that suits your needs be they big or small.
